Shifted the product direction toward intent-first property discovery. Introduced guided guest intent and house-finding flows. Added city-based property discovery and matching infrastructure. Refined the home feed and public listing experience around user intent. Optimized public listing image delivery to reduce payload and improve initial page performance.

Structural UI Evolution

Evolved the interface through three major design stages as the product direction became clearer. Started with a mobile-first interface as the foundation for all screen sizes. Expanded into a responsive desktop and tablet experience with a more discovery-oriented search interface. Established the current structural design language with standardized layout, spacing, rounding, navigation, and responsive behavior. Reworked the home experience to support the from property browsing toward user-intent discovery.

Reworked the property photo workflow for a more reliable listing creation experience. Added primary cover selection and improved photo ordering. Added client-side photo quota protection.
